Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect emails from one e-mail box to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailboxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply choose the email box you wish to redirect emails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
